About Grace Han

Grace Han is a jazz/pop/CCM vocalist. Raised in South Korea, Grace started singing at the age of 9 and built her music experience singing in churches. After coming to the states at the age of 16, she realized that her ultimate goal inn her life was to be a musician. So she majored in jazz vocal performance at University of North Texas under two amazing jazz educators, Rosana Eckert and Jennifer Barnes. Not only Grace has earned a great amount of knowledge of vocal pedagogy and piano skills, but also learned about vocal arrangement under Professor Jennifer Barnes. During Grace’s Junior and Senior year, she had joined both ensembles Avenue C and Jazz Singers and had been awarded as Downbeat 43rd and 44th annual student music awards. After graduating from University of North Texas, she went back to her home country and worked at Kumnan Methodist Church as a worship singer recording albums and Youtube contents. After building her career as a CCM vocalist, she is back in the states, currently employed at two different music institutes and is very enthusiastic about connecting with her students. She has also formed a new worship band and is recording an album which will be released next February. Grace also performs in venues singing different kinds of genres, especially pop and Disney music.
